Quaoar
and
Creation
Quaoar,
the creative effort and cloning
During
the current eclipse on Quaoar (December 4, 2002) we find claims of
successful cloning in the media. The claim was made on a succesful
birth of a clone, on December 26, 2002 at 11:55 am (no location given)
by an organization called the Raelians. The mother of the cloned child
is supposed to be a 31-year old american woman, using cells from her
skin to produce the embryo.
The Raelian
movement was founded in France in 1973 by Claude Vorilhon. As with
the example of the Mensa Organization, we find an alignment with the
Quaoar nodal axis. Vorilhon was born with Sun on North Node of Quaoar;
8LIB09 (Geo) and 8LIB11 (Helio) respectively. view

The "former
French journalist Claude Vorilhon, who now calls himself Rael, claims
to be a direct descendant of extraterrestrials who created human life
on Earth through genetic engineering. A company founded by his followers
announced Friday that the first human clone has been born -- a 7-pound
baby girl dubbed "Eve."
The Raelians
believe that "the old Hebrew phrase "Elohim" -- usually translated
as a name for God -- should have been interpreted as a reference to
non-Earthlings "from the sky." These entities are, Raelians say, responsible
for the creation of life on Earth." Claude Vorilhon is author
of the book "The Final Message".
"The
Raelians eventually hope to develop adult clones into which humans
could transfer their brains, Rael said. "Cloning a baby is just the
first step. For me, it's not so important," he said. "It's a good
step, but my ultimate goal is to give humanity eternal life through
cloning.""
At the
root of all this is the recognition of Immortality. This is basically
sound, but here we see a desire for immortality, which is related
to and focussed upon the form aspect, rather than the consciousness
aspect. Continuity is sought, but it is not to be fully achieved while
the soul dimension is left out of the picture.
With
Quaoar we see a tendency to "transference with maintained integrity
from one 'sphere' to the other". An urge to "be
who you are regardless of where you are/what 'body' you belong to".
An example of this can be seen in the 'changing of hands' from Britain
to China of the colony Hong Kong. Quaoar was very prominent in the
chart for this 'take over'.
The tendency
can be one of 'preservation' in relation to the form aspect, rather
than one of continuity relating to the consciousness aspect. This
is another way in which Quaoar can evidence its tendency to 'hold
on' to what should be let go of, when there should be a re-focussing
towards that which is more essential.
It is
also interesting to consider the 3rd Ray here, as it is the Ray named
the "Lord of Memory". This is effortless Memory as opposed
to the toiling of
re-collection, which is more related to the form aspect.
Humanity
may now have reached the stage when a global debate followed by legislation
regarding these matters, is to occur:
"The
cloning of human embryos for the purpose of performing destructive
research and experimentation, such as that which just occurred today
of 'Baby Eve,' is an aberration. It shows a total lack of respect
for life and must be prevented," said Roberta Combs, president
of the Christian Coalition of America.
To make
a clone, scientists first take an egg and remove all of its genetic
material. Then the nucleus of a cell -- any cell in the body -- is
taken from the individual to be cloned and inserted into the hollowed-out
egg.
The cell
is then given a jolt of electricity or put in a chemical bath to activate
cell division -- essentially tricking the cell into doing what a fertilized
egg would normally do. Then the embryo is implanted into a woman's
uterus who carries the baby to term."
Revelation
can be expected in the following areas:
- Genesis
- Creative
Manifestation
- The
Origins of Life
- Pre-existent
conditions
- The
early evidence of life; fossil remains
- The
Evolutionary process
- Exo-biology
and life on other planets
- Duality
of Spirit-Matter; Life as differentiated from Form
- Definition
of 'Life'
- Creationism
vs Materialism
- An
eventual recognition of the indwelling soul aspect--the true creator
- Transmigration
or re-incarnation
- The
power of the Mind
- The
concept of Teleonomy and Teleology.
|
"Teleonomy:
Information stored within a living thing. Teleonomy involves
the concept of something having a design and purpose. Non-teleonomy
is "directionlessness," having no project. The teleonomy of
a living thing is somehow stored within its genes. Teleonomy
can use energy and matter to produce order and complexity."

Quaoar
and the Origins of Life
One of
the more important scientists with respect to the Origins of Life,
is Stanley Miller. Again, it should come as no surprise to find Quaoar
somehow present in his chart. Natally, Miller has a Sun-Quaoar opposition.
He also has Uranus on the Quaoar South Node and Uranus also in declination
parallell to Quaoar. Most interestingly we find his progressed Sun
aligning with the Quaoar nodal axis (conjuncting the South Node) at
the time of his great experiment and groundbreaking discovery.
The whole
thing started in the fall of 1951 when Miller was just beginning his
graduate studies In the Department of Chemistry, and he attended Urey's
seminar. Miller approached Urey about the prebiotic synthesis experiment
in September of 1952. He then submitted his paper on the findings
in mid-december of 1952, but it was not published in Science until
on May 15, 1953. I will use November 15 to calculate the discovery
chart, which is close enough. view

The discovery
concerned pre-biotic experiments, producing necessary components for
making life. Miller "exposed gases to a continuous electrical
discharge ("lightning"), causing the gases to interact. Water-soluble
products of those reactions then passed through a condenser and dissolved
in the mock ocean. The experiment yielded many amino acids and enabled
Miller to explain how they had formed."
