Quaoar,
Manipulation and Relativity
Another
important thing that I have found with Quaoar is that it tends to
"speed things up". Processes under Quaoar speed up and accelerate.
In a car we need a gas pedal to do this, and a clutch (which in principle
is an interlude) needed to gear up and proceed with greater speed.
It also
develops a "sensitive response to surrounding impacts".
It "often evidences or experiences impacts related to the process
of turning conditions or tables around". (By the way, this suggests
how living organisms/events may have come to our infant and developing
planet, carrying new life in periodical manner, something which may
be true in our own little lives as well.) It deals with "early
conditions" and what can be considered as "fast", "premature"
or "precocious" in development.
Another
thing has to do with cycles. We have in earlier writings established
the connection between Quaoar and cycles. It can be said that "cycles
are a means of transportation". This is true of bi-cycles, motor-cycles
and 'time-cycles' alike.
'Adjustment'
or 'modification' are important keywords for Quaoar. With Quaoar there
is the sense of "having to make adjustments or modifications
in time". In a very essential way, Quaoar is working to relate
the duality of Time and Space. This sometimes manifest as a manipulation
of the time factor, where things are done at an earlier or later time
relative to when they should be done. This can have dire consequences,
for example if maintenance of vehicles is not done according to schedual
when there is a need for it. To become skillful at this manipulation,
you have to be able to sense the real need or meaning behind the external
schedual, else events will catch up with you.
There
is also the type of manipulation that serves to bring time and space
into compliance with each other. When the evolutionary process has
gone astray, and things are falling behind schedual, there is with
Quaoar a way in which you can speed up the process of development
and adjust the world processes and events according to the original
fixed design. The original fixed design is in the nature of a schedule,
plan, objective, resolution, a set pattern, purpose or Word.
An example
of this can be seen in the UN resolution #1441 against Iraq and the
activity of the US in relation to this. Humanity, as a creative agent,
is to be an agent for the Logos, enforcing matters to align processes
with the fixed design.
The word
'manipulation' is appropriate to use here. remember that 'mani' (man)
means 'hand', which is the external agent of creative manifestation
or Magic. Mercury, the Magician is the manipulating power, communicating
the Word.
Actually,
these types of 'manipulative effort' of time and space, takes us right
into the Theory of Relativity. Albert Einstein founded the Theory
of Special Relativity in 1905 and is the greatest exponent of Relativity.

was rising in Cancer conjunct his Ascendant. view

In this
regard we see that his work has speeded up the processes on our planet.
The work of Einstein was also a pre-requisite for the insights and
controlled use of atomic power (remember that Buddhi is found at the
core of all atoms). This is another example of how processes can be
manipulated. It is said in the books by Alice Bailey that the discovery
of atomic power was premature, and not really scheduled (because humanity
wasn't ready for it) until the latter part of the Age of Capricorn
(some 3600 years hence, and probably when the Capricorn decanate governed
by Aquilae--the Eagle or transformed Scorpion--came into effect).
Quaoar
and the 3rd Ray
Some
people may, in what I have here written, see the presence of the 3rd
Ray of Active Intelligence--they are right. The 3rd Ray goes deep
with Quaoar, and could be the Monadic Ray of Quaoar. The 3rd Ray is
a Ray of Aspect together with the 1st Ray of Will and Power and the
2nd Ray of Love and Wisdom. Of the Aspect Rays, Quaoar emphasise the
3rd as it is the point of synthesis for the Rays of Attribute:

Ray 6 - Devotion and Abstract Idealism
Ray 7 - Ceremonial Order or Magic

will serve to integrate humanity, so that Humanity eventually
becomes an instrument of Service. |

what is emphasised by the discovery of Quaoar, is for humanity
to use the mind as a creative agent in alignment with the Plan.
The seed that was once implanted into humanity must now break
the ground and rise into the air, following the Sun. Humanity
will then take its rightful place as part of God's Creation. This
is the Plan. |

the above keywords we sense an emphasis on Intelligence and the Mind.
It is true that Quaoar can activate the mental aspect and raise the
I.Q. level. It should therefore come as no surprise that we find Quaoar
prominent in the chart of the Mensa Organization for people with extremely
high IQ's.
In the
chart for the 1st formal meeting of Mensa Organization, we find Moon
as the chart ruler (most likely Cancer is rising) conjunct Quaoar
in Libra. The charts for the 'founding' of Mensa in the UK and in
the US have their respective Suns in conjunction with this Moon/Quaoar
conjunction. But most important is the fact that the before mentioned
factors are in very exact alignment with both the geocentric and heliocentric
Ascending Node of Quaoar at 8LIB10 and 8LIB11 respectively. There
is more interesting synastry, but this will suffice for now.

The name
'Mensa' comes from the Latin word 'Mens', which means 'Mind'. Quaoar
emphasis the use of the mind, and so did Mensa Organization originally:
"The
original object of Mensa was to create a list of the names and addresses
of 600 of the most intelligent people in Britain so that they could
be contacted by scholars and governmental officials in case of need.
It was perhaps not surprising that Mensa's courting of the government
went unrequited."
"Mensa
developed as its goals to identify and foster human intelligence for
the benefit of humanity, to encourage research in the field of intelligence
and to promote stimulating activities for its members.
Currently,
though, the stated object of the association is "enjoying each
other's company and participating in a wide range of social and cultural
activities.""
Mensa
is an international organization for people with IQs that test in
the top 2% of the population. The IQ test that have evolved through
academia may not be the best method of measurement, but they are the
only method that we have of measurement at this time.
Roland Berrill, an Australian barrister, 49, bearded, thick-set and
prosperously dressed, met Lancelot Ware, a mature student returning
to Oxford after a wartime interruption, on a train in 1946. They began
a conversation and exchanged cards. They were aware of "High
IQ Clubs" at several British universities. On 3/11/1946, Ware
gave Berrill one such test, and they decided to form such a club themselves.
The word 'Mensa' comes from the Latin meaning of 'Round Table,"
implying equality among members.
Berrill had the first piece of Mensa literature printed on October
1, 1946, which is generally considered the date of founding. The first
president was Professor Sir Cyril Burt, who felt that a broadcast
of his had sowed the seed of the idea in Berrill's mind, and contemporaries
testify that Berrill affirmed this view. The second Mensa president
was Buckminster Fuller, followed by Victor Serebriakoff.
In 1947 there were 33 members in Mensa and the first formal meeting
was held on December 6th in a private room at the Jill-On-The-Green
restaurant in Soho, London. This was a Saturday dinner meeting. The
time may be speculated to be 7:00 PM.
American Mensa was formed in the U.S. by 1960 with 22 members. The
founding meeting was held in the home of Peter A. Sturgeon in Brooklyn
on 9/30/1960. Margot Seitelman was engaged as Executive Director in
November 1961.
By 1997, Mensa had 94,000 members in more than 100 countries, with
Victor Serebriakoff contributing his 42nd year of service and his
9th decade on what Bucky Fuller called "planet Earth."

responsible for some parts of it, but not for all of it."
Racial
Cycle of the 3rd Ray
The Racial
Cycle of the 3rd Ray began in the year 1425. It has a period of 900
years, which is divided in a waxing period of 450 years, reaching
its peak in the year 1875. Then followed by a waning period of 450
years. Each of the waxing and waning periods can be divided into seven
sub-cycles governed by the Seven Rays, making 14 sub-cycles in all.

sub-cycle lasting close to 65 years (64.29 years). view

We are
now (the year 2002) just about finishing the 9th sub-cycle out of
14 sub-cycles, which puts us now at the beginning of the 3rd sub-cycle
of the waning period. Since this is a cycle governed by the 3rd Ray,
the effect of the 3rd sub-cycle will be more potent than the other
sub-cycles.
Many
will be the forms to crumble and organisations to fall apart and be
abstracted. What I in an earlier article wrote about the power to
'hold' very much relates to this coming sub-cycle.

The
new and global economy is based upon the Aquarian principle
of Circulation, and we will see its sweeping power demonstrated
where the powers of obstruction have grasped what is not theirs
to hold.
The
life-giving waters will trickle down to deep and broad layers
and there be distributed--and this will eventually lift this
whole planet into sacredness. The vibration of the planet will
change dramatically and the sounds will be more in tune with
the greater Harmony.
